WHO WE ARE
We are a Christ-centered, Bible-based, non-denominational Christian church that affirms the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered community.
We believe in worship, prayer, and searching for God’s place in, and purpose for your life.
We proclaim the Lordship of Jesus Christ, the authority of the Holy Scripture on all matters of faith and personal practice and the complete equality of all persons in the eyes of God.
WHAT IS OUR PURPOSE?
Our purpose is to provide a safe place of worship for all, but especially to those who were excluded from their families or their churches as they grew up and were afraid to be who God created them to be.
Our purpose is to help you discover (or rediscover) that God loves you and wants the very best for you.
Our purpose is to guide you through the Scripture seeking God’s truth and how to apply His teachings of love, compassion and inclusion to your daily life.
Statement of Faith
We believe there is only one God who eternally exists in three persons: Creator/Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19)
We believe that God the Son became a human being in the person of Jesus Christ, that He was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, died a substitutionary death for all humanity, was raised from the dead on the third day, ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of God until His Second Coming. (John 1:1; Matthew 1:18,25; Hebrews 4:15; Hebrews 9:15-22; I Corinthians 15:1-8; Acts 1:9-11; Hebrews 9:27-28)
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, who lives within and guides Christians so they are enabled to live godly lives. (John 14:15-26; John 16:5-16; Ephesians 1:13-14)
We believe the Bible is the divinely inspired Word of God, trustworthy and true in all areas of faith and practice. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)
We believe that as a result of the fall, all people are sinners by nature and are in need of a Savior, and that Jesus Christ is the one and only Savior of the world. That salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Christ. We believe that all who call on the name of Jesus shall be saved eternally. (John 3:16; Romans 3:10; Romans 3:23)
We believe God created human beings, male and female in God’s own image, God created them sinless, equal in value, dignity and worth. We believe in the priesthood of all believers. (Genesis 1:26-28; Ephesians 5:22-6:4; I Timothy 3:1-7; I Peter 2:5-9)
We are a non-denominational Christian church serving to bring all people to God through Christ. To this end, it shall arrange for regular services of worship, prayer, interpretation of Scriptures and edification through the teaching and preaching of the Word, making disciples of Jesus Christ.
